Each room includes bunk beds with multiple room configurations for up to 190 people. The three halls use community restroom and shower facilities located in each building. Dorm retreat packages do not include linens, but linens can be added for an additional charge.

- Berean Lodge - 32 people in 8 rooms
- Clay Center - 98 people in 16 rooms
