Apex Program Goals

Moving through the challenge course is everything but a normal day for your group members!

We have a variety of challenges that are sure to help your team succeed by enhancing:

  • Communication
  • Respect
  • Encouragement
  • Safety
  • Trust

Communication:  It can often be the cause of problems in the office, at school, or the church...  Each challenge puts your group in situations that requires a variety of verbal and non-verbal communication.  Our program will helps develop open and honest communication.

Respect:  Everyone wants it!  Working through the challenges helps your group realize everyone’s potential.  Each challenge creates opportunities that inspire each participant to respect themselves and other members.
Encouragement:  By our vary nature people will advance in an environments of emotional, physical, and spiritual safety.  Conversely we withdraw in climates of criticism, peril, and condemnation.  Our program facilitates an atmosphere of encouragement within your group.
Safety:  We want your group members to not only be safe, but also feel safe while they are on the course.  Safety is the top priority for our facilitators.  However, if a group member is too uncomfortable they can opt to participate in other ways than physically completing the challenge.
Trust:  As your group commits to increasingly difficult challenges, they will begin to trust themselves and the other members.

All of these benefits are interconnected.  Any one of our challenges will touch on a combination of benefits.  We can custom tailor a schedule of challenges that will target development of certain benefits.
