Meeting spaces are available for small gatherings and large conferences, with our largest venue seating up to 600 guests. All of our group retreat packages include a private meeting space for your event, which our Guest Services team will set up prior to your arrival according to your specifications. We also include the use of our A/V equipment, all at no extra charge.
Don’t forget about our meeting room snack & beverage options! You can work with Conference Services to set up a snack bar or food delivery service for all of your sessions.

Tabernacle

The Tabernacle has a seating capacity of 600 people. The stage platforms can be set up in multiple configurations making the space more versatile. The Tabernacle, or often shortened to Tab, is set up with a booming sound system, stage lights, and a video screen. Tables and chairs can be set up in a variety of configurations.
There is a small meeting space at the entry of the building, often used for registration or vendor tables. There is also a breakout space located off the main area. This breakout room has a private bathroom and a capacity of 30 people.

Chalet

The Chalet is a chapel style meeting space that can seat 200 people theater style and features 20′ ceiling height. The Chalet also offers a stage, fireplace, and private restrooms. If you were to extend the seating into the wings of the meeting area, it would increase your capacity to 250 people.

The Conference Center meeting rooms feature two spacious classrooms and a mezzanine overlooking the indoor pool. All of the rooms offer padded chairs, counter top with sink, and a mini-fridge.
